5.ZHONGYAOLILUNCHENGGUOJIESHAO

团队在镁合金材料强韧化机理方面取得重要理论成果。高强韧性镁合金材料研发是镁合金材料实现大规模应用的重要前提,也是目前限制镁合金大规模应用的主要问题之一。团队采用材料热力学、动力学以及第一性原理计算揭示了镁合金成分设计与优化的原理,确定了合金微合金化条件、时效处理及变形技术条件下的纳米析出相协同调控机理。

 High Strength Lightweight Metallic Materials Innovation Team
The High Strength Lightweight Metallic Materials Innovation Team focuses on high performance lightweight materials research, including  fundamental research of high performance phase improvement theory and computing and design of advanced materials, development and processing technology of lightweight alloys and the applications in lightweight automobile. The team also provides relevant services in metallic materials for enterprises, including testing and analysis, performance assessment and evaluation, and design of metallic materials.   The High Strength Lightweight Metallic Materials Innovation Team has made some innovative progress in the research of lightweight auto parts with application of magnesium alloys. Over 10 specifications of magnesium alloy profiles with performance similar to aluminum alloy 6082-T5 have been developed.
